16 Maoists Killed, 2 Security Personnel Injured In Chhattisgarh Encounter

The gunfight broke out in a forest during an anti-Maoist operation by a joint team of District Reserve Guard and CRPF, said an official.

As per news report of NDTV,At least 16 Naxalites were killed, and two security personnel sustained injuries in a major anti-Maoist operation in Chhattisgarh's Sukma district on Saturday, officials said. The injured jawans belonged to the District Reserve Guard (DRG), a unit of the state police, they said.
