2.08 Lakh New Covid Cases In India, Highest Testing In A Day

India set a new record with the highest number of Covid tests conducted in the last 24 hours at 22.17 lakh. The country registered 2.08 lakh fresh coronavirus infections and 4,157 deaths. So far, 3.11 lakh people have died of Covid in the country.

As per news report of NDTV, India has recorded over 19 lakh Covid cases since May 19. Over 28,000 people have died in the same time period. The daily cases dropped below the 2 lakh-mark on Tuesday for the first time after April 14.
