After Lamborghini Crash, FIR Cites "Unknown" Person. Name Added A Day Later

There is video evidence showing Shivam Mishra in the car, but a case was registered against him only a day later.

As per news report of NDTV,Shivam Mishra, son of businessman KK Mishra, has been named in the Kanpur Lamborghini accident, a day after the speeding vehicle injured six people. A Lamborghini Revuelto crashed into pedestrians and parked vehicles in Uttar Pradesh's Kanpur on Sunday, and the First Information Report (FIR) was initially registered against an “unidentified” person. The outrage pushed the police to add the tobacco baron's son's name to the FIR.
