As per news report of NDTV,Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Pema Khandu has said the state government will constitute four committees to examine key issues related to Arunachal Pradesh Scheduled Tribe (APST) certificates, non-APST offspring, the Inner Line Permit (ILP) framework and illegal infiltration.
