Arvind Kejriwal's announcement that he would resign has brought jibes from the BJP, which has asked why he was not doing it "today".

As per news report of NDTV,Arvind Kejriwal's self-imposed 48-hour deadline to resign as the Chief Minister of Delhi, ends today. He will meet the Lieutenant Governor at 4.30 pm. It is not yet known who will succeed him.
