As per news report of NDTV,West Bengal Governor Dr CV Ananda Bose's admonishment of the State Election Commissioner has earned him a retort from the state's ruling Trinamool Congress, which hit back, saying, "his expertise is required in Manipur."  The Governor and the state government have been locked in a clash over several issues surrounding the panchayat elections in West Bengal.
