Bus Carrying 39 Security Force Personnel Falls Into Riverbed In Kashmir

A bus carrying 39 security forces personnel fell into a riverbed in Jammu and Kashmir today. Several are feared dead in the accident that reportedly occurred due to brake failure.

As per news report of NDTV, the troops were on their way from Chandanwari to Pahalgam when the incident occurred. The bus was carrying 37 Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) personnel and two Jammu and Kashmir Police personnel. They security personnel were returning from Amarnath Yatra duty, reported news agency PTI.
