Calcutta High Court Dismisses CPI-M Compensation Plea For Bookstall Vandalism

As per news report of NDTV,A single-judge vacation bench of the Calcutta High Court on Tuesday dismissed the petition from the Communist Party of India-Marxist (CPI-M) seeking compensation for the vandalisation of their bookstalls near different community Durga Puja pandals in different part of West Bengal during the ongoing festival days.
