As per news report of NDTV,Himachal Pradesh Congress Chief Pratibha Virbhadra Singh on Tuesday asked for help from the Central Government for the state, saying that Prime Minister Narendra Modi should declare the hilly state a disaster-hit one and should start restoration work.
