As per news report of NDTV,Delhi Cabinet minister Saurabh Bharadwaj Wednesday filed a police complaint, alleging a conspiracy behind Special Secretary (Vigilance) YVVJ Rajasekhar's claim that sensitive files and documents were removed from his office.
