As per news report of NDTV, A teacher flung a Class 5 student from the first floor at a government school in Delhi today. The child, Vandana, is in hospital and said to be in a critical state. Gita Deshwal, the teacher, has been arrested. The incident took place at around 11.15 am at the Delhi Nagar Nigam Balika Vidyalaya.
