As per news report of NDTV,India's ace wrestler Vinesh Phogat has announced her retirement from the sport following her disqualification in the 50 kg freestyle wrestling final at the Paris 2024 Olympics. The 29-year-old athlete was disqualified for being 100 grams overweight hours before her gold medal bout in the 50 kg category on Wednesday.
