The flash floods were reported in Kullu's Nirmand, Sainj and Malana, Mandi's Padhar and Shimla's Rampur.

As per news report of NDTV,Flash floods triggered by cloudbursts in Shimla, Kullu and Mandi districts of Himachal Pradesh on July 31 midnight have so far claimed 22 lives while operations are underway to trace over 30 missing persons, officials said on Wednesday.
