As per news report of NDTV,Ahead of the upcoming Panchayat Raj and urban local body elections in Rajasthan, Pradesh Congress Committee (PCC) president Govind Singh Dotasra has announced that the party would reserve 50% of its tickets for young candidates, describing the move as an effort to bring new leadership into grassroots politics.
