India Records Highest One-Day Covid Deaths

India saw another grim record with 4,329 Covid patients dying in the last 24 hours even as daily cases dropped to 2.63 lakh. This is the second consecutive day that the country reported less that 3 lakh cases.

As per news report of NDTV, more than 25 lakh Covid cases have been reported and over 32,000 patients have died in the country in a week (since May 11). The country has been recording over 3,000 deaths since April 28. However, yesterday, India recorded less than 3 lakh cases for the first time since April 21.
