Isha Ambani says Reliance Retail to launch FMCG business

Oil-to-telecom behemoth Reliance Industries (RIL) is holding its 45th annual general meeting (AGM) today.

As per news report of The Indian Express, RIL’s Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) Mukesh Ambani during his address to the shareholders said that the telecom arm Jio will be launching the much awaited 5G services in key cities including Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai and Kolkata by Diwali. Speaking at the AGM, Reliance Retail Director Isha Ambani said that the retail giant will be entering the FMCG business this year.
