After the Ruby Rai topper scandal in Bihar, the lens is now firmly focussed on Jharkhand as the next state to be inducted into the Hall of Shame, as far as mass cheating in examinations are concerned.

A Times Now video caught students sitting on the college lawn in groups, copying from each other. This incident follows closely on the heels of the Bihar toppers’ scandal which broke a few days ago.
