As per news report of NDTV,The bill to replace the Centre's controversial ordinance or special order for the control of services in Delhi is likely to be introduced in parliament with key changes, official sources have said.  The draft bill, which will be tabled by Home Minister Amit Shah, has been circulated among the MPs.
