Kim Jong Un in treatment after cardiovascular surgery

North Korean leader Kim Jong Un is receiving treatment after cardiovascular surgery earlier this month, a South Korean media report said, as speculation mounts over the state of Kim's health following his absence from a key anniversary event.

As per news report of Aljazeera, North Korea marked the anniversary of the birthday of its founding father and Kim's grandfather, Kim Il Sung, as a national holiday on April 15, but there was no sign of Kim in the pictures shared by the state news agency.
