As per news report of NDTV,A Dalit research scholar from Tamil Nadu, who is pursuing his PhD in Malaysia with government funding, has accused the state's Social Justice Department of harassing him. Bharathidasan, in an emotional video on social media, alleged that his educational future is at risk because funds for his second year of research have not been released, despite his submission of accounts and university documents.
