Musk under federal investigation – Twitter’s attorneys

Billionaire Elon Musk is the subject of a federal investigation over his failed $44-billion Twitter deal, the company has said, in court documents seen by US media.

As per news report of Rt.com, attorneys for the social media giant have asked for assistance in obtaining “documents about the probes,” in a letter to Delaware Court of Chancery Judge Kathaleen McCormick. Since July, the company’s officials have been trying to obtain files on “all the communications with any governmental authority concerning the merger,” according to Bloomberg. Musk’s lawyers limited the handover of the documents, referring to confidentiality rules.
