Police said Manish Lakra and his family were on the top floor of the building when the fire broke out and came down with the help of a crane.

The owner of the building in west Delhi, where a massive fire on Friday cost 27 lives, has been arrested. A case has been filed against Manish Lakra, who was absconding. He was caught this morning after multiple raids.
