As per news report of NDTV,Telangana Deputy Chief Minister Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka and BRS president and former Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao on Friday hailed the announcement of the Bharat Ratna award to former Prime Minister P V Narasimha Rao.
