As per news report of NDTV,Markets regulator Sebi on Tuesday barred Dewan Housing Finance Ltd's former CMD Kapil Wadhawan, ex-director Dheeraj Wadhawan, and four others from the securities markets for up to five years for committing financial irregularities, diverting funds, and fabricating books.
