The church leader reportedly told followers to starve themselves in order to "meet Jesus".

As per news report of NDTV, Kenya police have exhumed 47 bodies who are believed to be the members of a Christian cult who were starving themselves to death so that they go to heaven. The bodies were discovered in an 800-acre forest near a small Kenyan town Malindi. The area was sealed off after the first bodies were found last week.
