Ukraine Says Russian Forces In Major City; US, Allies Rush Arms

Moscow ordered its troops to advance in Ukraine "from all directions" while the West responded late Saturday with sanctions that sought to cripple Russia's banking sector. Ukraine said 198 civilians had been killed since Russia invaded on Thursday.

As per news report of NDTV, The Kremlin has said says a Russian delegation has arrived in the Belarusian city of Homel for talks with Ukrainian officials, according to reports by news agencies. Earlier, Ukraine had rejected Russian suggestions that it was refusing to negotiate a ceasefire but said it was not ready to accept "unacceptable conditions". Russian forces are pounding Ukrainian cities with artillery and cruise missiles. Their troops have entered Ukraine's second largest city Kharkiv, head of the regional administration said Oleg Sinegubov, news agency AFP reported. Sinegubov added that Ukrainian forces are "eliminating the enemy".
