As per news report of NDTV,Nikhil Gupta, an Indian national, has been charged by United States federal prosecutors with conspiring with an Indian government official to assassinate Gurpatwant Singh Pannun, a Khalistani terrorist who holds American and Canadian citizenship, on American soil.
