As per news report of NDTV,The Winter Session of the Parliament resumed today as parliamentarians brace for stormy opposition protests. The BJP has accused Leader of Opposition Rahul Gandhi and the Congress of being part of a plan to "derail" the economy and "disrupt" the democracy as the parliament plunged into chaos again last afternoon.
