"Zero Tolerance": What Centre Told Supreme Court On Manipur Horrific Video

The Supreme Court expressed its deep concern over the video. The use of women as tools of violence is unacceptable in a constitutional democracy, it said.

As per news report of NDTV,The centre on Thursday transferred the investigation into the case of two women being paraded naked in strife-torn Manipur to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), saying it has "zero tolerance towards any crimes against women".
